Job Description: Responsible for managing the entire USA team and responsible for the performance management of each department. Specifically, the US Director is responsible for (i) providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range foals, strategies, plans, and policies; (ii) planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing, and evaluating the organization’s fiscal function and performance; (iii) participating in the development of the corporation’s plans and programs as a strategic partner; (iv) evaluating and advising on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action; (v) developing credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the Board and senior executives in performing their responsibilities; (vi) enhancing and/or developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation; (vii) establishing credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges; (viii) providing technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline; (ix) improving the budgeting process on a continual basis through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets; (x) providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization including evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and pension funds and investment; (xi) developing a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism, which includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs; (xii) acting as an advisor from the financial and operational perspective on any contracts into which the corporation may enter; and (xiii) evaluating the finance and operational division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities.
Travel: 50% International and Domestic Travel req.
Job Requirements: Must possess Bachelor’s Degree (or Edu Equiv.) in Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Related Field and 2 years of experience in the Job Offered or Related or in a consulting role. Must also possess experience with (i) operations consulting and corporate background; (ii) supervising graphic design artists to determine and evaluate the analytics of the projects; (iii) supervising and analyzing for video productions and marketing department; (iv) analysis, design and implementation of information systems digital and or manual process; (v) analysis of financial reports; and (vi) 2 years of experience with network marketing in a corporate setting for direct sales.
